Disability Support
Daily living and life skills of participants focuses on training and development activities to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel, use public transport independently, practice and maintain personal hygiene regularly and many more.
Our support workers can assist with a range of
household tasks all throughout your home, including Cleaning, Laundry, Dish
washing, Changing bed linen,
Vacuuming and washing floors, Dusting, Essential ironing, Meal preparation,
General house maintenance
Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support designed to assist you to better understand your NDIS plan and how you can best use it to put the supports and services you need to live your best life in place. We are experts at helping you understand your plan, activate it and find the right service providers to help you achieve your goals.
Daily activities includes all of the household routines and activities that are naturally completed throughout the span of each day, such as getting out of bed, brushing teeth, eating, drinking, washing the dishes, bathing, doing laundry, and so on. Supports for daily living by the NDIS also include additional help with day-to-day tasks such as housekeeping and garden upkeep. Our support workers can provide services to meet these needs.
Our transport assistance workers will provide safe and convenient transport services to help you get to school, regular doctor’s appointment or weekly trips to shopping centers.
If someone is living with a disability in Australia and it is determined that they don’t have access to suitable supported or assisted Accommodation, they could be considered for Accommodation funding by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Participants and their families are encouraged to discuss their home and living goals during a planning meeting to determine the requirement and level of home and living supports that are needed. Supported independent living for people with disabilities in any home setting whether it is shared or in your private home, short term, medium term, or long term.
These programs aim to promote the personal and professional well being of individuals in terms of employment, health, education, income, and life satisfaction. We provide opportunities for community service and group activities which allow you or a loved one to participate actively and contribute to the community.
